About

Riverpass is a small bar, restaurant, and lodging at the edge of Quadrant One. It’s only accessible by passing over two bridges where the two rivers intersect each other. It’s named for the passing rivers hence Riverpass. The only thing in Riverpass is the bar and no surrounding homes or business. Everything in the bar is run by one older man named; Victor Auller. His name is a play on words of victualer which is someone who is licensed to sell liquor. The Riverpass bar is a generational bar owned by fathers and grandfathers. It grew from a bar alone to a restaurant and then eventually into a inn combination.

The design of the bar and restaurant is simple. The building you would walk into is on ground level with a wooden porch that is covered. When you enter inside the place is furnished with wood brought in from further away towns and even driftwood. Tables all around and a bar with stools. On the side is a dart board where people bet and wager their money or drinks. Their is a brick oven behind the counter and a spot for a fire to cook on. This was on the right side of the restaurant and straight ahead.

Going to the left of the building were stairs leading up to a sky way that connected to another building. This building was built as the hotel. There were about four rooms total upstairs. Each room with two beds in it since many people didn’t visit by themselves. Across from one of the rooms was a window that led to the roof. In the back of the building is a set of tubs separated by a panel. Behind the building, is a shed where extra items for the restaurant are kept.

The bar is frequented by beach goers and bandits notably the Jericho Gang who tend to break and destroy furnishings. The Jericho Gang has since been defeated by Amane and his group. It was also used as a safe haven after the Dragon Attack on Areno and the battle for the city itself.
