Victor Auller is a restauranter in Quadrant One's Riverpass. He has been there many years and inherited the building from his father. He is known for being hospitable to almost everyone he meets who treats him with respect. He is timid, in his old age, about confrontation when it comes to the Jericho Gang due to their tempers and their destruction of his furnishings in the bar. He is driven to succeed in the running of his business. When the Quadrant needs him; he comes to their aid to help keep the people of his home safe. He goes by Vic with all of his friends.

The first time we meet Vic in the story is when Amane, Kyra, and Teo arrive in Riverpass after leaving the cave. He offers them waters and a place to cool off from the desert. He present during the battle between Amane and Toshiro then comes to the "rescue" with more water for all of them including Toshiro and Kitanni. Tenkai arrives and after a conversion with Amane, the Jericho Gang shows up for their version of fun. Only for Vic to tell them to take it outside with a typical response from Jericho about doing what he wants.  He watches as Amane tosses him out of the bar singlehandedly. After the battle with Jericho and his undead corpse monster; he offers the group a feast to celebrate and free rooms. He asks Amane and the group to watch after his bar while he goes to get supplies. When he returns he gives them directions and dune lizards to start their journey.

Bar Patrons:

During the time The Group was running the restaurant and bar; a group of people visiting from the beaches of Quadrant One enter the bar for a good time. Most of them just drank while a couple other's played games, and another got hurt in the process of hitting on the ladies in the group. The one guy even went as far as to fight Amane and lost horribly than shuffled off.
